The true cost of the Mayor

When tenacious local campaigner, Audrey O’Keefe, prised from the reluctant council, the fact that Mayor Anderson’s private tribunal fees cost council taxpayers £89,000, I was shocked.  All credit t…

The Six questions that need to be answered over the £90k

But what does Richard Kemp think?

Okay let me admit it from the start. I am in trouble with the Mayor of Liverpool again. I knew this when within minutes of putting out a tweet saying he should repay the £89,950 I got from him a vitriolic and abusive e-mail. He always claims that if the situation was reversed he would not ask the sort of questions that I do. He forgets that he did frequently and whenever he could before he became the leader of the council and then Mayor.

This all refers, of course, to the FOI request from Audrey O’Keefe that Mayor Anderson’s legal fees had cost liverpool tax payers £89,950. Let me pay tribute to Audrey who is not a Lib Dem but is a devoted mother and a doughty fighter for the people of Liverpool. Audrey kept on going at the strange case of Chesterfield School when I had given up…

Quite a while from my last blog, things still the same, litigation against Liverpool City Council on going and their attitude is no different – dismissive and indifferent.

The Mainman is still attending hospital his next surgery is the 19th August….. SIGH…..  his surgeon said treatment should be finished spring 2016 the year when Mayor Anderson will be standing for an extra term by then The Mainman will be into his 10th surgery.

When you cast your votes remember how Mayor Anderson and his administration/officers have treated the Mainman – a man with profound Autism – learning disabilities and non verbal.

Mayor Anderson is a politician who is not aware of the most basic human values,  knowledge, understanding and compassion.  The way Mayor Anderson OBE treats the Mainman and his family gives the measure of the man, he is not worthy of your vote.

UNPAID CARER IS A MALCONTENT……. says Mayor Anderson.

On 28th November Mayor Anderson on BBC Radio Merseyside made a comment about me ”The Mammy”.

As you can hear from the above link, my name got an immediate reaction from Mayor Anderson – his accusations of me abusing him on Facebook and Twitter are untrue, firstly he doesn’t have a Facebook Account nor do I abuse him on twitter, I suggest Mayor Anderson contacts Twitter and ask for a print out of his account then he can highlight were I have abused him, which of course he won’t because his statement is not true.

Mayor Anderson’s outburst/rant on Radio Merseyside was that of a politician who has personal issues with The Mammy an Unpaid Carer the purpose for his rant was to colour the public’s opinion of me  –  quite obviously Mayor Anderson can’t cope with my womanhood.

His outburst can only be seen as unsavory and offensive and certainly not befitting speech of a senior Politician – bit like Gordon Brown moment – whats with these Labour Politicians and Strong Women.

Lets remember The Mainman in the Care of Autism Initiatives / Liverpool City Council after only 3 days attending their day centre,  received serious injuries that required 6 operations, he also received bruising to his body, and his clothes ripped.

Autism Initiatives worked outside the Community Care Assessment/Care Plan which LCC signed off making it a legal document – the support workers isolated the mainman going against these documents and resulting in his injuries.

I wrote several emails to Mayor Anderson asking for his help, all very polite emails, he ignored everyone – yet Mayor Anderson repeatedly says ”we in Liverpool Value our Unpaid Carers and disabled Adults ” ….. ”liar liar pants on fire”….. or is it just me he has issues with.

In 2012 I received emails from Cllr Joe Hanson saying I was hated by Cllr Roz Gladden Deputy Mayor, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care.  I complained there was a disciplinary investigation.

A Labour investigation found no grounds for Cllr Hanson’s allegation,  Cllr Hanson apologised to his Labour colleagues and to The Mammy in other words he told a non truth.

Not that I’m a conspiracy queen, but is there a pattern here…

1. Told by Cllr Hanson Cllr Roz Gladden Hates me.

2 Autism Initiatives offers  package to the Mainman

3 Autism Initiatives removed the offer to the Mainman

4 Autism Initiatives changes their mind and make the offer again.

5 Mainman after 3 days in Autism Initiatives received serious injuries.

6. Mayor Anderson publicly rants on Radio Merseyside about the Mammy saying ”I abuse him and I’m a malcontent”.

…… see the pattern

I’m fighting for Justice and Recognition for the mainman and Mayor Anderson can continue to publicly rant about me because I’m not going away…… his grandson while at John Lennon airport was allegedly verbally abused by a fellow passenger – he contacted the Echo and had the story on the 2nd page – saying he was claiming the CCTV and informing the police to take action against the individual……. wonder what he would do if his grandson received the same injuries as the mainman………..

The Mammy’s clothed in Strength and Dignity – what is Mayor Anderson Clothed in…

The Liverpool Mayor versus The Mainman – how power abuse targets vulnerable people

Wirral In It Together

5th March 2015

The two year anniversary of the origins of this story came and went recently.

On 26th February 2013, an as yet unexplained incident took place, involving an autistic man and his alleged ‘carers’ in Liverpool.  This was both foreseeable and avoidable and occurred at a new day service centre known as Kaleidoscope, run by a company called Autism Initiatives.

I say it was foreseeable and avoidable because we all remember from our TV screens the shocking events that unfolded at Winterbourne View – which happened in 2012, well before this incident; events which to this day remain seared into the nation’s collective consciousness.

Department of Health Winterbourne View Report – along with all the lessons learned

I’ll quote a very short excerpt from this report:

This report lays out clear, timetabled actions for health and local authority commissioners working together to transform care and support for people with learning disabilities or…

Power via the ballot box 2015/16 – I will vote because it’s the Mainmans future.

Being an unpaid Carer to my wonderful Mainman – I’ve come to the decision I am totally undervalued by all political parties – certainly undervalued by Liverpool Labour Council ……..  ‘I don’t think Mayor Anderson likes me’ which I must say I find quite uplifting.

Mayor Anderson is willing to applaud and support the private sector/big business without understanding the needs of the people of Liverpool.   He doesn’t believe in – equality,  freedom of speech, tolerance or compassion, he doesn’t have the understanding for the people irrespective of their background and views, He is more interested in being commander-in-chief in the political arena than mix with the people he sees as non entities ….. I can only assume this is the reason he never answered any of my emails.

Mayor Anderson puts himself up as a shining example of a powerful politician, a no-nonsense  sort of dude, now the  question is  ……… ”will he be able to duck quick enough when the proverbial brown stuff hits the fan”…………. which it will.

My Grandma was a suffragette fighting for the vote in 19th & 20th Century in Liverpool. My Grannie didn’t starve herself for me to accept this Labour Administration elitist attitude.

Voting is the right of every Liverpool Citizen, we have power via the ballot box 2015/16  – use it……
